Tomato curry

Have some leftover tomatoes and onions, so i made a new curry that goes great with rice.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

30 minutes
250 ml

hot water

3 tablespoons

curry powder

1 teaspoon

chilli oil

1/2 teaspoon

salt

2 tablespoons

cooking oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add 3 tablespoons curry powder, half teaspoon salt, to coconut powder.

* Step 2

Add 150ml hot water, mix well. Leave aside.

Chop up onion and tomato finely.

Heat up about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in frying pan with high heat. Cook the onion and tomato until the mixture fragrant.

Pour in the mixed coconut milk. Slowly cook with medium heat.

Add 100ml hot water. Add 1 teaspoon chilli oil. Mix well until it starts to boil.

Ready to serve with cooked rice.
