Artichoke, Sun-dried Tomato, and Goat Cheese Pizza
I came up with this combination one evening when these ingredients were the only ones I had at hand. It was a hit.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sauté onion in 2 tablespoons of oil at medium low temperature until caramelized, covered. Set aside.
* Step 2
In a small bowl combine goat cheese, 1 tablespoon olive oil, milk, oregano, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
* Step 3
Preheat oven to 475F with a pizza stone in the middle rack.
* Step 4
Prepare the pizza. Drizzle a little olive oil and distribute evenly. Bake for 1 minute on preheated stone.
* Step 5
Spread goat cheese mixture and distribute sautéed onions.
* Step 6
Distribute tomatoes, artichoke, and cheese. Bake until done (10 minutes).
* Step 7
Remove and garnish with olives. Serve.
