Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop chicken breast and season with seasons listed.
* Step 2
Add 2 teaspoons of oil to frying pan.Fry Chicken Breast until fully cooked.
* Step 3
In a medium bowl mix all other ingredients
* Step 4
Spray Baking pan with Canola Oil then add Cooked White Rice.
* Step 5
Mix Chicken with mixture then put on top of the rice. Bake on 350°F for 30-40mins
