Sukiyaki kai lan with fried ginger

Simple, cheap and tasty stirred fry recipe. Using blanching technique to make the thick vegetables well cooked.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

Kai lan

2 tablespoon

sukiyaki sauce

4 tablespoon

Cooking oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pluck the leaves, trim the stem ending, rinse in tap water to clear any impurities.

* Step 2

Blanching in a pot of boiling water for 5 seconds. Remove the vegetable. Drain it thoroughly.

* Step 3

Chop the ginger thinly.

* Step 4

Heat cooking oil in frying pan under medium heat. Stir fry ginger until slightly crispy but not burnt.

* Step 5

Add in the blanched vegetable and sukiyaki sauce. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
