Mom's Baked Rice w/butter & onions

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Saute onion & butter until it is translucent add to 9x13 baking dish (love my pyrex)
* Step 3
Add 1 cup long grain white rice. Stir in 2 cups of boiling chicken broth
* Step 4
Cover & bake for 18 minutes
* Step 5
After taking out of oven, gently stir in 4 tbs of melted butter with fork.
