Angel Food Cake

Ingredient

1 3/4 cups

sugar

1/4 tsp

salt

1 1/2 tsp

cream of tartar

1 1/2 tsp

vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pulse sugar in food processor, remove 1 cup and set aside, add flour and salt and pulse until light. Whisk egg whites and cream of tartar, add reserved sugar gradually, beat to soft peaks and add vanilla. Sift in dry ingredients and fold in gently. Pour into ungreased tube pan. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
