Grilled Broccoli with Aioli and Pistachio Vinaigrette
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop broccoli into small spears, chop jalapeno finely and remove seeds, toss both with olive oil and salt. Grill under broiler until slightly charred and then finish at 350 until done. Saute pistachios in olive oil until toasty. Mix pistachios with mayonnaise, orange zest and juice, chopped mint. Toss all ingredients together.
