Egg and Bacon Fried Rice 培根蛋炒飯

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop green onion, cabbage, and bacon
* Step 2
Crack two eggs into a bowl, and add some salt to taste. Mix well
* Step 3
Medium heat. Add bacon (no need to add oil)
* Step 4
Pan fry bacon until crispy and the fat melts
* Step 5
Leave the pork fat in the pan, and put bacon on a plate
* Step 6
Medium heat. Crack two eggs into the same pan, and stir fry eggs with pork fat. Then put it on the plate
* Step 7
Medium heat. Add chopped cabbage. Add a tablespoon of water. Stir for about 5mins, then add some salt to taste. Then put it on the plate
* Step 8
Medium heat. Add some oil. Add egg-rice mix and flatten it on the pan. Wait for about 2 mins. (This will add a lot of flavour and texture by crisping up the egg and rice)

Make a little room for sauce on the pan
* Step 11
Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, and chopped garlic. Cook the sauce until fragrant. This action is very important as it levels up the taste!
* Step 12
Mix rice and sauce well. Add cooked bacon, eggs, and cabbage. Add green onion and black pepper. I will add "Deep fried onion", which will give more texture and aroma
* Step 13
Stir well, then it's all done!
