Egg muffins

Here is a quick breakfast you can make the night before 😍

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 large muffins
250 ml

sour cream

30 ml

milk

200 g

bacon

To taste

salt

To taste

pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl whisk the eggs, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper

* Step 2

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease muffin pan. Grate cheese and chop bacon finely

* Step 3

Add cheese and bacon to muffin pan. Pour egg mixture over bacon and cheese.

* Step 4

Bake for 25-30 minute and enjoy for breakfast
