Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 servings

Cooking time :

1 1/2 hours
1 tablespoon

chinese five spice

1 tablespoon

salt

1 tablespoon

black pepper

1 tea spoon

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all the spices and seasoning together in a bowl

* Step 2

Using spice mix season the meat of the pork throughly. And dry the skin, put onto a plate or tray and leave in the fridge to dry the skin out more over night or 24+ hours

* Step 3

Place the pork in to the air fry and cook for 30mins at 150c

* Step 4

After 30mins increase the temperature to 200c and cook for a further 25 mins. Once cooked leave to rest for 20-30 mins and you are ready cut season with a little more salt and serve
