Coconut Laddoos
Thanks to the simplicity, and the requirement of only 2 main ingredients, coconut laddoos happen to be a favourite around any festival, for when there is limited time in hand ✨

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan, add condensed milk and slightly heat it on low flame.
* Step 2
Add desiccated coconut to the pan, and mix using a spatula for 1/2 mins on low flame.
* Step 3
Remove from flame. It should form a dough-like form. Add a pinch of cardamom powder and mix.
* Step 4
Shape your coconut laddoos into small balls. Garnish with nuts or roll them in desiccated coconut and serve.
* Step 5
Note: Mostly recipes don't call for cooking condensed milk and coconut. However, I prefer to cook it, as it improves the flavour of the condensed milk, and removes the raw, powdery-ness of the desiccated coconut.
