Thin Crust Pizza
Cravings for a thin crust pizza were at an all time high, and yeast wasn't available and nor did I have enough time in hand. So a roti made with regular maida dough became the pizza base. The end result turned out to be delicious, making the maida roti pizza base, the best decision ever! 😋

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the dough my mixing flour, salt, water and oil. Divide the dough in 4 small balls and roll into roti. Cook the roti on tawa for 1/2 mins on medium flame.
* Step 2
Take the roti and apply pizza sauce on it.
* Step 4
Add your favorite toppings. I've topped it with red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, capsicum, onion and aubergine.
* Step 5
Place the pizza in an oven at 200 degree for 5-8 mins. Till the cheese melts and the crust becomes nice and crisp. If not using an oven, cook in a pan with a lid on top for 8- 10 mins on low heat.
* Step 6
Take out the pizza from the oven. Garnish with chilli flakes and herbs and serve hot.
* Step 7
PS: You can even make this with leftover roti/chapati/pita bread.
