Vavo's White Bean Chicken Chili

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil over medium heat in a large stock pot or Dutch oven
* Step 2
Add onion and Sautee until translucent, about 5 min
* Step 3
Push onion to the side and add chicken, salt and pepper, Sautee about 5 min
* Step 4
Add beans (do not drain) chilis, garlic, cumin, coriander and oregano, stir until mixed.
* Step 5
Add chicken broth, then add cream and mix thoroughly
* Step 6
Cook on medium about 10 minutes, then simmer for another 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper to taste
