Depending on your definition some call this a chili some a stew either way it’s a tasty dish ( I normally don’t like chuck roast ) we like to serve over rice garnish with green onions cheese etc have fun
Ingredient
2 pounds
chuck roast cut into small cubes
14 oz
beef broth
2 (14 oz)
can tomatoes
6 cloves
garlic minced
1 tsp
vanilla
1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
ground cumin
1 tsp
chili powder
1 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
ground allspice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a skillet heat oil add beef cook until brown removed set aside
* Step 2
Add garlic and onions sautéed until tender
* Step 3
Add broth and bourbon bring to boil
* Step 4
Add meat and onion to a crockpot
* Step 5
Add rest of ingredients
* Step 6
Cook all day until ready to eat
* Step 7
You could also use a Dutch oven or a big pot (depending on how you like to cook)
