I MIXED ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER EXCEPT THE STRIPS IN A ZIPLOCK BAG UNTIL MIXED,THEN I ADDED THE STRIPS AND ALLOW THEM TO CHILL IN FRIG FOR 20MINS.THEN I FRIED THEM AND THEY WAS GOOD.
