Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the ghee in heavy bottomed pan or kadai

* Step 2

Add wheat flour in it and roasting it.

* Step 3

During this take water in another pan and kept on medium flame to boil.

* Step 4

Keep on stirring the flour to ensure even browning.

* Step 5

Now add sugar and boiled water, continue to stir with all your hand force, so that no lumps are formed.

* Step 6

When halwa becomes semi thick, switch off the heat.

* Step 7

Now garnish with almonds and serve hot or warm
