Tom Brown Chili

Made my first chili. Tweaking the recipe to improve it each time. 4th tweak and I think it’s perfect!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sauté the diced onion in olive oil. Add ground beef and taco seasoning to sautéed onion. Cook thoroughly.

* Step 2

Dice green pepper and add all ingredients to the crock pot. Cook on low heat for 6 hrs.
