I made this for my grandmas 98th birthday. Perfect start to the Spring!!🦋☀️

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Whisk together lemon zest and lemon juice. Let sit for 10 minutes. Curdling is OK.
* Step 3
Whisk together, flour, baking soda, and salt
* Step 4
In a stand mixer, cream, butter, sugar about three minutes
Next Add eggs, one at a time
* Step 5
Add half of the milk mixture followed by some of the flour mix then add the other half of the milk mix followed by remaining flour mix
