Chole curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the chole overnight. Drain water. Pressure cook for 6 whistles adding water salt and baking soda.
* Step 2
Make paste of onion garlic. Make tomato puree.
* Step 4
Add bay leaf whole red chilli and hing.
* Step 6
Add the onion and garlic paste.
* Step 7
Cook till water evaporates. Add the tomato puree.
* Step 8
Add red chilli powder chole masala some salt and cook adding some water.
* Step 9
When water evaporates add boiled chole. Adjust seasoning. Cook covered for 10 to 15 minutes.
