Lemon pepper and rosemary chicken

This is a family favorite.... I never cooked it before. I was really surprised it came out as good as it did

Ingredient

1 stick

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan out the stick of butter and rosemary and take one lemon cut it and you need fresh lemon juice. Trust me you want to fresh. And put as much or as little pepper you want.. add a little salt.

* Step 2

Melt it. As it is melting get the chickens poke some holes around and fill the chicken with the lemon that you squeeze...

* Step 3

Under the skin slice some lemon and put it under the skin..

* Step 4

After the butter has melted put it all over the inside and outside of the chicken.

Put it in the instant pot for 25 mins. Unless you got more then 5 pounds. Once done it should look like this.
