Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the ingredients except oil. Add some water to make a semi stiff batter. Make small balls out of the batter.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a kadhai. Deep fry the batter balls in oil till crisp. Remove on a kitchen cloth.
* Step 3
Serve with tea and aauce
