Sewai pulao
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water in a vessel. Add the sewai. When done discard water and run through cold water. Keep aside
* Step 2
Heat oil in a vessel. Add hing. Add onion and green chillies. Cook till onion is golden in colour. Add the tomatoes and peas. Add a pinch of salt. Cook till tomatoes are soft.
* Step 3
Mix salt in the sewai. Add turmeric powder to the tempering. Add the sewai and mix well. Cook for a few minutes. Serve sewai with a cup of tea.
