Suji Dhokla
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix suji And curd so that no lumps remain
* Step 2
Add 1 tbsp oil and salt to it. Mix well
* Step 6
In another pan heat oil. Add mustard seeds and hing. Add green chillies
* Step 7
Add lime juice and some water
* Step 8
Add sugar. When it starts boiling switch off and pour on the dhokla
* Step 10
Dhokla becomes fluffy. Serve with sauce
