Paneer stuffed parathas

Ingredient

200 grams

Grated paneer

1 pinch

Hing

1 tsp

Jeeta

to taste

Salt

200 grams

Wheat flour

To saute

Ghee

As needed

Chopped garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead the dough and keep aside

* Step 2

Now mix in all ingredients except ghee

* Step 3

Take a portion of the dough and roll out a small roti

* Step 4

Take a spoonful of the stuffing and keep it on the roti

* Step 5

Make a small ball by joining edges together

* Step 6

Roll out this into desired shape

* Step 7

Heat a tava

* Step 8

Cook the paratha adding ghee on both sides

* Step 9

Cook till paratha is crisp and well cooked

* Step 10

Serve with raita
