Fried Cracker Cutlets
A simple super tasty & crunchy snack!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix together the mashed potato, boiled green peas, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves, & salt into a smooth dough like mixture.
* Step 2
Take a cracker and spread a spoonful of the prepared mixture evenly to the cracker. Place another cracker on top of it.
* Step 3
Fill in the corners with the mixture so that it is perfectly sandwiched between the crackers.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan. Add the sandwich crackers one by one and fry for 1-2 mins on each side until they turn golden. Drain onto a paper towel. Serve hot and enjoy!
