* Step 1
Heat butter in a nonstick pan on medium heat. Add broken vermicelli and fry till light brown. Off the flame and add condensed milk and mix well until well combined. Grease a heart mold tin with butter and spread the vermicelli evenly. Allow it to cool till it becomes hard. In the same pan, add butter and melt the chocolate chips. Pour half spoon of melted chocolate over the vermicelli hearts. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins. Once set, demold and serve.
