Chocolate French Toasts With Caramelized Bananas

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt butter in a pan. Cut one banana into thin long slices. Add the banana slices into the pan and fry it for 1-2 mins until caramelized on both sides. Remove from pan and keep aside. In a small bowl, mash the banana with a fork. To this add, brown sugar, milk, coco powder, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
* Step 2
Dip the bread slices in the prepared mixture. Melt butter in a pan. Place the dipped bread slices on the pan and fry both sides until crispy. Place the caramelized banana on the fried toast and garnish with fresh berries & chocolate chips. Serve your breakfast toast with a bright smile!
