Stuffed Mango Kulfi
Stuffed Mango Kulfi is a unique summer dessert which looks amazing and tastes out of the world. It is one of those cracking desserts which gives tangy and sweet taste simultaneously!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, we will remove small portion of the Mango top. Retain this top for later use do not throw away.
* Step 2
Now we have to take out the mango kernel out of it very carefully.
* Step 3
So to take it out, use knife and with that we will try to insert it on the sides of the kernel.
* Step 4
We will try to make space around the kernel so that the kernel is taken out very easily.
* Step 5
Now after the space has been made around the kernel, it can now be taken out very easily with the help of the fingers.
* Step 6
Clean the kernel very nicely with the help of a knife and collect all the mango pulp and fill it back in the empty mango. You can add Rose petals for extra flavour.
* Step 7
Fill the melted kulfi inside the mango and cover it with the top which we kept aside above and freeze it for minimum four hours in the freezer.
* Step 8
After it has been freezed, peel the skin with the help of a knife carefully and cut in round shape. Enjoy your stuffed Mango Kulfi🤩
