Harissa chicken thighs

These harissa chicken thighs are spicy, sweet, and PACKED full of flavour. They are fried in the air fryer and come out super crispy. You can even cook the chicken thighs over medium-high heat on an indoor griddle or skillet! Or bake them on a sheet pan and the result will be same. If you don't have the time, you don't need to let the chicken marinate for any amount of time. I would recommend marinating for at least 2 hours.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 servings

Cooking time :

225 minutes
2-3 cloves

garlic, minced

1 1/2 tsp.

paprika

1/2 tsp.

pepper powder

1 tbsp.

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large bowl add the chicken and all the ingredients.

* Step 2

Mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours.

* Step 3

Preheat air fryer 200C.

* Step 4

Place chicken thighs in the basket, skin side up. Air fry for 20 minutes per side or till done.

* Step 5

Remove and rest 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Serve with desired side.
