Namkeen gosht (salty meat)
Namkeen gosht is a delectable meat dish from the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) province of Pakistan. It is favourite amongst the tribal residents because of its delicate, melt-in-the mouth feel. This tenderness is cooked through slow cooking.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a Dutch oven add the beef, salt, garlic, and water. Mix and boil till tender, about 3 hours.
* Step 2
Add lemon juice and ground pepper and increase flame to dry liquid.
* Step 3
Add olive oil and green chillies and fry for 5 minutes or till oil separates.
* Step 4
Switch off flame and add ginger. Cover and rest 5 minutes.
