Tutti frutti cake
This is a pretty simple cake that uses a basic vanilla cake recipe minus the milk. Its moist, fluffy and just like the bakery cake available in Pakistani bakeries.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
* Step 2
Add the tutti frutti and 1 teaspoon flour and mix to coat. Set aside.
* Step 3
In a bowl cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
* Step 4
Add the eggs, one at a time, and whisk well.
* Step 5
Sift in the flour, milk powder, corn flour/starch and baking powder. Mix well till creamy.
* Step 6
Add the tutti fruitti, reserving some for top, and mix well.
* Step 7
Add the vanilla and mix to incorporate.
* Step 8
Pour the batter in the prepared pan and sprinkle reserved tutti frutti on top and bake for 45 minutes or till light golden and cake tester comes out clean.
* Step 9
Cool, slice and serve with tea.
