White chocolate covered almond stuffed dates are just the alternate to the regular dates served for iftar.

* Step 1
Fill the dates with almonds and set aside.
* Step 2
Over a double boiler, melt white chocolate.
* Step 3
Dip the dates in the chocolate to coat completely. Place on parchment paper and set aside to set, preferably in fridge.
* Step 4
Over a doble boiler, melt the dark chocolate.
* Step 5
Drizzle the dark chocolate over the white chocolate coated dates. Set aside to set.
Serve.
