Golden Cheese Sauce
Cheese spread is everybody's favourite when it comes to serving snacks, sandwiches and all things savoury. I have prepared this golden variation which will go well with all the snacks. It's high in protein, B complex and vitamin A . Good to make at home ;

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, mix milk and water. Keep it on low flame to hear in a saucepan.
* Step 2
Dissolve cornflour in 2 tablespoon of milk and whisk to break lumps.
* Step 3
When the milk mixture reaches a boil add the cornflour and keep stirring. Add the cheese and cheese spread, salt, yellow pepper and turmeric powder. Whisk well
* Step 4
Cook on low for 5 minutes, then turn off heat. Transfer to another bowl. Cool to room temperature.
* Step 5
Store in a glass box and enjoy with all your snacks.
