Who likes Thele par Milne wali bhel? 😋 I think we all do! This simple yet utterly yummy recipe is a take away from childhood when we used to return from school and see this Bhel wala bhaiyya with his thela or cart, making bhel in a steel vessel and serving in a jiffy! The heavenly smell of onions, chillies, coriander and chutneys still lingers in my nose.. recreating it .. enjoy!

* Step 1
First, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
(Reserve some sev, coriander and pomegranate seeds to garnish). Then add the veggies as mentioned.

Mix well. Add the masalas, lemon juice and toss well.
* Step 3
Mix in the chutneys till moist. Serve immediately in paper cones or paper plates garnished with sev, coriander leaves, lemon wedges and pomegranate seeds! Enjoy!
