Dosa Kites🪁
As it's the week for kid's recipes, I made these dosas in kite shapes since Sankranti celebrations still linger on.. kids love unique shapes in their foods. I believe our traditional foods also are equally tasty and much more healthy than western foods prepared with refined ingredients.

Heat a tawa. Sprinkle some water, wipe dry with a cloth. Then spread ghee with the help of half cut onion attached to a fork to hold it.
* Step 3
Then pour batter in the shape of kites in 2 to 3 places on the tawa. Pour 1 tsp ghee all around the sides of each one. Place a piece of spring onion stalk on one corner of each dosa, while the batter is still uncooked.

Once the base is cooked, flip the dosas and cook the top. Make all dosas similarly.
