Idli Podi Fry
Happy Children's Day to all the kids and also to the child in all of us ! Podi Idli Fry is a favourite recipe where we make chatpata, spiced idli bites and flavour them with lentil powder and tempering.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, cut the idlis into cubes. Then sprinkle the Idli Podi all over the pieces along with 1 tablespoon of melted ghee. Keep for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Now heat the remaining ghee in a pan. Add the seeds, and daals and saute well. Then add the hing, and curry leaves, mix well and then add the idli cubes and saute well.
* Step 3
Adjust salt, squeeze lemon juice on top, switch off the flame and serve on your child's favourite plate. Don't forget to reserve a couple of idlis to make funny faces as I have tried, remembering how I used to do them when my daughter was small! 🥰
