Paneer Kaju Curry

Paneer curry is everyone's favourite. It goes well as main dish in lunch, dinner , parties and all celebrations. Ingredient

Cashews

1 tablespoon

Ghee

1 tablespoon

Garlic paste

1/2 tablespoons

Ginger paste

as per taste

Salt

1 tsp

Sugar

1/2 cup

Hot water

1 tablespoon

Lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, soak paneer cubes and cashews in hot water for 15 minutes. Then, heat ghee in a cooking pan. Then pop cumin seeds. Then add onions and saute well.

Then add tomatoes, green chillies, ginger and garlic paste and saute well till aromatic. Then add the masala powders, 1/2 cup water and stir well. Cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes.

Then remove from heat. Cool for 10 minutes. Grind to a smooth paste.

Separately, grind soaked cashews to a smooth paste. Then heat another pan. Add the tomato and onion paste. Cook for 1 minute.

Then add the cashew paste. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes. Adjust the salt, sugar and seasonings. Then add the soaked paneer and boiled peas. Mix well. Cook further for 2 to 3 minutes.

Finish with lemon juice. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with chapattis or Rice Enjoy!!
