Curd and Watermelon Raita (तरबुजाचा रायता)
Watermelon season means numerous recipes of this delicious fruit. Today I have made a simple salad cum raita with curd, spices and watermelon. It tastes delicious. Ideal for summer days or cool evenings. High on protein, vitamins B, C and A and minerals like iron, potassium and calcium through the seeds, it's a very healthy recipe!
