Vanilla Caramel Chocolate Brownies
Vanilla and caramel in brownies is a super yummy combination! It adds a delicious taste to the cake and a gooey and soft texture too!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 180 d.c. Also grease and line a round 6"cake tin with butter paper.
* Step 2
Sieve all the dry ingredients twice and keep ready.
* Step 3
Melt the chocolate, brown sugar and butter in a deep glass bowl kept on double boiler. Then whisk in curd, vanilla and kee warm.
* Step 4
To make caramel, melt white sugar, 1 tablespoon water and let it turn into golden brown. Then add butter, whisk and add to the chocolate.
* Step 5
Now, gently stir in the dry ingredients into wet by cut and fold method.
* Step 6
Pour in the cake tin, tap twice. Sprinkle choco chips and keep for baking on preheated oven at 170°c for 20 to 25 minutes.
* Step 7
Cool on wire rack with a kitchen towel on top. Then de-mold and cut in squares. Serve warm Vanilla caramel brownies with caramel sauce, white choco chips as garnish and ice cream. Enjoy.
