Smoothies are a great way to start your day as you can add your choice of healthy ingredients, and have them on the go. They are all in one meal too . I have added Dragon fruit, almonds, yoghurt and honey to make it a super healthy protein rich smoothie.
Dragon fruit is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, fiber and low in sugar. They also help in keeping free radicals away.
Since this month is about breast cancer awareness, I would like to dedicate this recipe for the cause.
Every woman needs to take care of her health and stay safely away from cancer by regular screening , following a good diet and healthy lifestyle.

Combine all the ingredients in a blender jar.

Blend to a smooth mixture. Add water or coconut water as needed to get desired consistency.
