I may have eaten the chhat just a few times but still remember the taste ! So I have recreated this recipe! Tried to make it more healthy by adding vegetables. Enjoy!

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
2 tablespoons

Spicy garlic chutney

1 tablespoon

Lemon juice

2 tablespoons

Chilli powder

1 tablespoon

Chaat masala

1 tablespoon

Cumin powder

1/2 tablespoons

Aamchur powder

As per taste

Salt

1 tablespoon

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, mix potatoes, sprouts, and lemon juice in a bowl. Add listed spices and salt to it as per taste. You can add chutneys too if you like.

Then whisk curd and add salt, sugar, chili powder, and cumin powder to it as per taste. Also combine the rest of chili powder, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala and use this to sprinkle in between layers.

* Step 3

Now arrange papadi pooris in a large serving tray. Follow this sequence or your preferred one: First, spread the garlic chutney on pooris.

* Step 4

Then add potato and moong sprouts stuffing. Then spices, curd, green and sweet chutney, then onions, tomatoes, spices, carrots, beet, spices, curd, chutneys, pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves, Sev and chat Masala on top

Serve immediately and enjoy! This is everyone's childhood treat I am sure!
