Eggless Pancakes

#boxweek16 #pancakes #cookpadindia Thank you dear friends for your feedback and comments. Pancakes are so easy to make and yummy to eat. They can be prepared with different stuffings, flavours and toppings too. I have made these simple whole wheat pancakes and served with honey.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings

Cooking time :

20 minutes
1/2 tsp

Baking soda

1/2 cup

Fresh curd

1/2 cup

Fresh cream

2 tablespoons

Melted butter

as needed

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, sieve all the ingredients well. Then mix curd, cream, butter, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla in a bowl and mix well with a whisk.

* Step 2

Now fold in the dry ingredients and combine with cut amd fold method. Use milk to make the batter of thick pouring consistency.

* Step 3

Then pass the mixture through a sieve and keep covered for 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Then heat a skillet and pour laddlefulls of batter on the tawa. Spread it round. Pour melted butter all around and cover with lid.

* Step 5

Cook on both sides till golden brown and fluffy. Make all the pancakes similarly.

* Step 6

Serve immediately topped with honey accompanied by choice of fruit and enjoy!
