The king of fruits has arrived now and my way of saluting it is to make loads of healthy recipes with it. This very easy and nutritious smoothie bowl with the goodness of turmeric, taste of caramel and flavours of mango makes my breakfast complete

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, wash and peel the mangoes. Chop fine. Chill in freezer for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Then add curd, turmeric, milk powder, 1 tablespoon caramel, milk and mangoes in the blender and blend for 3 to 4 minutes. Then whip for a minute.
* Step 3
Pour in bowls, drizzle reserved caramel on top. Serve chilled.
Tip: You can skip caramel for a sugar less smoothie. Add a ripe banana for sweetness.
