The Holi festivities are just around the corner and making sweets tops the list. How about giving a healthy touch to your regular sweets by infusing them with a red touch of nutrition! I have made this Rose Halwa by using fresh rose water and extract. Roses are not only fragrant but they contain iron. Vitamin C and help reduce blood pressure too.
