No Cook Besan and Badam Laddu

#karwa #cookpadindia Hello everyone, I am sharing this unique recipe of a delicious besan dessert which requires no cooking at all! It can be made at anytime by anyone, is super easy and so yummy that it is devoured in no time! Try it to win loads of compliments.

Ingredient

Food ration :

10-12 pieces

Cooking time :

20 minutes
3/4 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

ghee

1/4 teaspoon

cardamom powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grind the roasted gram in mixer to a very fine and smooth powder which will have same texture of dry besan.

* Step 2

Take out in a bowl, then grind sugar to a fine powder. Now combine all the ingredients except ghee and cardamom powder, and grind again to a smooth powder.

* Step 3

Take this mix in a bowl, then add cardamom powder and ghee. With the help of a flat spoon, back of a steel katori or spatula, rub in the ghee into the mixture for 7-8 minutes.

* Step 4

When the ghee coats the powdered mix completely, it will have reached same texture like cooked Laddu mix. At this stage, take out a lemon sized portion and roll out in smooth laddu.

* Step 5

Repeat till all the laddus are made. Then decorate with almond pieces and serve for any special occasion or just like that.

* Step 6

Enjoy no cook besan and badam laddus.
