Stuffed Capsicum (shimla mirch) pakore

A wonderful yummy snacks prepared with capsicum ring stuffed with spiced potato mash,coated with gram flour and spices batter.. It is one of the Indian spicy snacks recipes to have with a hot cup of tea or coffee.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Washed the capsicum and mashed the potatoes.keep aside.
In a pan add 2 tbsp oil, when oil heated add cumin and mustard seeds.saute few seeds.add chopped onion,crushed green chillies and ginger. Saute all together for 2 minute
* Step 2
Add boiled potatoes,and add all powder spices.mix and roast for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
Add coriander leaves mix and switch off the flame.keep aside to cool it.
Take the capsicum remove the top and deseeded them. Cut the capsicum into 1/2 inch rings.
* Step 4
Take one ring and filled it well with potato mixture. Filled all capsicum rings.
In a mixing bowl take gram flour and add all powder spices.
* Step 5
Add water and make a semi thick batter. Dip the filled capsicum ring in the batter and coated well.
* Step 6
Take kadhai Heat oil on high flame. Turn the flame medium and place these pakoda in hot oil.fry them on medium to high flame till they turn golden brown.
Transfer in a plate
Serve hot with ketchup or chutney..
