Potato & coriander leaves curry

In winter coriander leaves are available in excess quantity in home and usually I have used it making curry with potatoes which recipe is also posted in previous but this time I make it with some changes. If you like it then try to cook.and give your valuable feedback.😊🙏
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and wash the potatoes. Prick them with fork and in a bowl add potatoes add red Chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and curd mix them and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
* Step 2
Take the coriander leaves wash well and roughly chopped them. Transfer the coriander leaves, tomato,green chillies and some salt in a grinding jar add little water. Grind all together and make a smooth paate
* Step 3
In a pressure cooker add oil. Heat up then add marinated potatoes and fry them until they turn golden.transfer them in a plate
* Step 4
In the same oil add cumin seeds, bay leafand cardamom saute few seconds. Add onion paste cook it 3-4 minutes. When onion paste and the remaining marinated potatoes masala.turn brown add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.
* Step 5
Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red Chilli powder,mutton masala Chilli powder along with salt.mix it Add little water and cook for 2 minutes,add coriander paste.mix well and cook for 2 minutes.keep stirring.
* Step 6
Add fried potatoes and 1/2 cup of water mix it and cover the lid.pressure cook for 3-4 whistle on medium flame.turn off the gas. Release the pressure naturally and check the potatoes. It cooked well.
* Step 7
Dish out and served the curry with roti or rice.
