Arabibata Sauce Pasta

#goldenapron23 #week19 #arabibatasauce A popular Italian dish simple yet delicious .Traditional arrabiata is made with penne, but you can even use macaroni, rigatoni, ziti or shell pasta. Today I have cooked it with spiral pasta.

Ingredient

oregano

1/2 tsp

sugar

1 tsp

parsley

2 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan add oil when oil heat up add chopped onion saute few seconds add garlic mince saute 30 seconds, add oregano and Chilli flakes.(You can reduce or increase the amount of crushed red pepper depending on your spice and heat tolerance.) Saute all few seco

Add tomato puree,mix well. Add salt and sugar. Add chopped parsley. Stir and cover it. On a low heat, simmer the sauce for about 8-10 minutes until the raw flavor and taste of tomatoes goes away.

* Step 3

Meanwhile the sauce has cooked we boiled the pasta.strain the pasta and add directly into sauce. mix gently.

* Step 4

Mix well that the pasta coated with sauce very well. Turn off the heat, Serve immediately topped with a generous portion of grated parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
