Masala nimki is a good snacks for any occasion for family and guests. we enjoy it with evening tea.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl take flour and add all spices,salt m8x and add ghee mix again to make a crumbs texture.add little by little water and make a semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside the dough for 15 minutes to rest.
Now dust some flour on kitchen counter or rolling board and take the dough roll it into a big and thin sheet.
* Step 2
Apply ghee all over on the rolled sheet dust some flour and roll it like shown as picture.
* Step 3
Roll it slightly with palm to make a thin roll. Then cut it into 1inch pieces. Press one ball in the middle with palm and make all likewise.
* Step 4
Take one ball roll it then apply little bit ghee and sprinkle a bit of flour.then roll it in the middle and again roll it give a triangle shape.
* Step 5
Prepared all the nimkese. Heat oil in a kadhai and fry these nimkese I to batches.on medium to high flames
* Step 6
Transfer them into absorbing paper. When they become cool down
Store them in an airtight container. served with hot cup of tea.
