Amaranth is very beneficial for health, and the greens made from it are even more delicious. we have cooked various dishes from it. Today I share paratha recipe made with healthy amarnath leaves that make the paratha more healthy and tasty.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and wash the amarnath leaves well then chopped them
In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, salt,chopped onion and green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Add all powder spices and curd then mix together.
* Step 2
Add chopped amarnath leaves mix it. gradually add water and knead a semi soft dough. Cover and keep aside for ten minutes.
* Step 3
After 10 minutes knead again for 3-4 times then make medium size balls. Roll it like a disc on rolling board.
Heat a tawa or pan and place the paratha on tawa.
* Step 4
Cook from one side for a minute then flip it apply some oil over all around and cook both side.
served with achar and curd
